Embodied Presence 6 Week Program

This program was created by David Cornwell to restore breathing function, transform the mind and body, through breathwork, mindfulness and movement practices.

6 weekly 2 hour meetings with homework practices.

Students are provided with an accompanying workbook through which they can learn more about the practices, keep a practice diary and track progressĀ during the program.Ā 

Attending this program is a requirement of the Embodied Presence Facilitator training.
