- Become a member to join the Embodied Presence Teacher Training.
- Classes are on Zoom on tuesday evenings @ 18:30 CET.
- Teacher Training graduates will receive a certificate of completion. For participants who want a Yoga Alliance 200 Hour certificate there will be an optional small group supervision module in accordance with Yoga Aliance guidelines paid separately (details will be announced soon).
- Once you subscribe you will receive Zoom login details in your email.
- Classes include mindfulness, breathing, and embodied movement.
- Membership includes the teacher training, but does not include supervision, therapy, MBCT or activities where numbers are limited.
