What is concierge therapy?
When weekly sessions aren’t enough, I offer a concierge format—an intensive, dynamic way of working designed to create meaningful change quickly. We meet multiple times per week (online or in Mallorca), with priority schedulingand expanded between-session access (brief Signal/WhatsApp messages, short check-ins, and email) so the work continues in real time.
My approach integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy (Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Oxford University MBCT) with decades of meditation practice and my day-to-day experience at THE BALANCE—a world-renowned luxury rehab for leaders. The aim is simple: stabilise fast, clarify what matters, and build habits that last.
Who is it for?
Highly motivated leaders and high performers—executives, founders, public figures, creatives—who want substantive change. It suits acute crises (addiction, burnout, disordered eating, anxiety/trauma spikes) and also those aiming for the next level of purpose and performance. I work with individuals and, when appropriate, couples or families.

Availability & fees
I keep a very small caseload to protect quality and discretion. 60-minute sessions are €350; intensive and residential fees are quoted case-by-case.
